We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist.

This role is highly flexible and would suit someone looking for work–life balance, variety, and a supportive environment — new graduates are very welcome to apply.

👩‍⚕️ About the role

You’ll be completing a mix of:
NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
Housing-related assessments
Ongoing capacity-building interventions
Opportunity to work with mental health participants, supported by OTs specialised in this area
You’ll have autonomy over your schedule and caseload, with guidance and support available as needed.

✅ What we’re looking for

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or soon to be)
Interest in NDIS work (experience welcome but not essential)
Interest in mental health encouraged (training and support provided)
Strong written communication skills (we do a lot of reporting)
Ability to work independently and manage your time
A warm, practical, and client-centered approach
