Emma is a dedicated & hardworking OT whose career has been shaped by depth, leadership, & a clear commitment to doing things differently.
She began her career working within large residential centres, including Stockton Centre, where she developed a strong clinical foundation supporting individuals with complex needs. Emma later moved in to leadership and management roles.
Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, Emma went on to build a company founded on different values - prioritising people, integrity, and quality over process and volume.
With a Masters of Mental Health, she is passionate about shifting perspectives and deepening understanding of mental health to improve outcomes for participants and all those involved in their care. Her work is guided by compassion, accountability, and a genuine belief in doing better.

Meg is a person-centred clinician who is deeply committed to the people she supports. Honest, compassionate and fiercely dedicated, she will go above and beyond to help participants achieve outcomes that genuinely matter to them.
With strong experience across psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, and ASD. Meg is known for her integrity, clinical skills, and the care she brings to every interaction.
