Emma Cullen, our Clinical Director, holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Masters of Mental Health both attained from the University of Newcastle.
She has over 8 years of experience in the NDIS sector as an Occupational Therapist. She began her career working at the Stockton Centre - Large Residential Facility, followed by a Team Leader & Regional Manager position managing a team of 7 OTs before branching out independently. Emma’s goal is to provide an OT service that is collaborative, holistic, and meaningful.
Emma’s passion lies in empowering individuals to navigate the challenges of mental health by promoting healing through meaningful activities. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, she works with you to build practical strategies that enhance your emotional well-being, improve daily functioning, and engagement. She believes in an encompassing approach to mental health, recognising that emotional, psychological, and physical well-being are deeply connected.

With a strong focus on health, safety, and well-being, Meg works closely with participants, their support networks, and Allied Health teams to deliver a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy. She is committed to providing personalised care that aligns with each individual's unique needs and aspirations.

Grace is a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about enhancing her clients’ independence and overall quality of life through the NDIS. She takes a client-centred approach, developing personalised therapy and intervention plans that are meaningful and aligned with each participant’s individual goals.
Grace is committed to empowering participants to achieve what matters most to them in their everyday lives—whether at home, in the community, or at work. She values strong collaboration with participants, their families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective support.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Grace genuinely enjoys building relationships with her participants. She takes the time to really get to know each person, making the therapy process both engaging and enjoyable.
